We signed a two year contract with Verizon/Fios with the understanding that after the first three month we would receive a cash Card valued at 400.00. Six months out we're still waiting.

Every time we call, I swear this is true, they say it's in the mail. They've supposedly reissued the card three times and every time it gets magically lost. According to them this has never happened before. I think it's time to call my lawyer.

This has class action written all over it.

I don't care who's to blame, Verizon or Parago, someone has to pay. Karma time!
